Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with TaylorMade Creations. We offer a refund or exchange within the first 14 days after receipt of your merchandise. Please note anything after the first 14 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, a refund or exchange of any kind you will not be offered. 

Returnable Items Only:

In-Stock pieces which are complete and sold only in original size stated on website.

Exclusions on Returns:

In-stock engagement rings, pendants or any piece that needs stones added, or sized. These exclusions cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.

Return Instructions are as Follows:

• Please email us for a return code. DO NOT return merchandise without a code.
• All items must be returned unworn and in the original condition you received it.
• You must include a copy of the receipt along with the return code given.
• You must include original certificate (if applicable).
• Pieces must be in the original wrapping to protect the piece from being damaged during shipment.
• Pieces must be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
• They must be insured for amount of the piece/pieces being returned. 
• Please Note shipping and insurance is non-refundable.
• Refunds are returned via original form of purchase. 

Please Note: For any CashApp/Zelle, or Debit, a check will be issued within 10 business days.

Please allow 14 business days for your returns to be processed.

Any/All special orders are non-fundable and cannot be exchanged. (This includes: engagements rings that are not complete and need additional stones and/or sizing; all ring sizing’s with or without diamonds and pendants that need additional stones added; any piece that needs to be altered or personalized).
